Holli is the founder and owner of TTMT.
She is a licensed massage therapist, medical massage practitioner, board certified in therapeutic massage & bodywork, and has a bachelors of applied science with a major in massage therapy.
Holli graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) in Groton, CT in 2005. Shortly after, Holli relocated to South Carolina for three years where she passed her national exams and became a licensed massage therapist. Holli gained experience and knowledge working in a variety of settings including a private practice specializing in fibromyalgia and pain management, a day spa, and chiropractic offices.
In 2007, Holli completed continuing education training for advanced certification as a Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP).
When Holli moved back to Connecticut she obtained CT licensure and founded TTMT in Niantic in May of 2010.
Holli has worked at CCMT as a teaching assistant and has taught continuing education for licensed massage therapists.
In May of 2017, Holli graduated from Siena Heights University with a Bachelors of Applied Science majoring in Massage Therapy. She is a current member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and a Board Certified Therapist with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). (Board Certified practitioners have passed an extensive background check.)
Holli completed John Barnes' Myofascial Release I in 2018 and has also completed other trainings for cupping and various other myofascial release techniques.
Holli is extensively trained and experienced in massage techniques including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, cupping, prenatal massage, medical massage therapy, pain management, and injury rehabilitation. She customizes each session to treat her client's needs. While Holli agrees that some effective therapeutic massage techniques can be painful, her specialty is working within the client's tolerance to make deep tissue massage both therapeutic and relaxing.
Holli constantly continues to increase her knowledge and skill with continuing education.
Holli is passionate about the field of massage therapy and seeing it more widely recognized as a complement to medical care and overall wellness for clients. When Holli isn't at TTMT she enjoys gardening, cooking, practicing yoga, and raising her three children!

Basilia is available for appointments for therapeutic, prenatal, and hot stone massage during some weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Basilia has been in practice since she graduated from the CT Center for Massage Therapy in Groton, CT in 2009. Since graduation, she has continued to further her knowledge and skill by completing several professional massage therapy training courses.
In 2011, Basilia completed Oncology Massage Therapy: Caring for Clients with Cancer, by the researcher and writer Tracy Walton. Basilia fully believes in the benefits that massage therapy can offer this specific group of people, from reducing anxiety/depression, enhancing body image to reducing pain/suffering just to name a few. She has the training to offer therapeutic massage during the diagnostic process, while in cancer treatment, for survivors and for people who are living at the end of life. She also has the training to adapt the session to specific medication and current/past medical conditions.
Basilia completed Pregnancy Massage: Advance Technique and Training offered by Connecticut’s AMTA Chapter in 2011 and Mother Massage®: Massage During Pregnancy in 2013, which was taught by one of the earliest pioneers of prenatal massage and developer of the Mother Massage® professional course, Elaine Stillerman. With the knowledge gained from these two courses, Basilia knows when it is appropriate for an expecting mother to receive massage therapy and how to safely adapt her touch to address physiological/emotional changes throughout all three trimesters and postpartum.
In 2016, Basilia completed her Reiki 1 training and also trained in Hospice Massage Therapy with Center For Hospice Care In Norwich, now known as Hartford Healthcare at Home, Center For Hospice Care of Norwich. She visits hospice patients regularly either in their home or at nursing homes to provide gentle respite massage therapy and Reiki to help ease emotional/physical discomfort.
Basilia also completed training for cupping therapy in 2021. She would like to integrate cupping therapy as a form of deep tissue massage into her massage routine.
Basilia is experienced in deep tissue massage, nurturing massage, prenatal massage, and oncology massage.
When not practicing massage, Basilia loves to express her creativeness by playing the guitar, drawing, sculpting and painting. Daily meditation is a routine she practices in to help keep her centered and grounded. Spending time with her friends, family and her three cats are things she values and tries to make time daily, as well.

Lee is available for appointments for deep tissue therapeutic massage and manual therapy for peripheral nerves.
Lee has had a career in the Massage Therapy industry for over 30 years, working on horses before people! She graduated from Bancroft School of Massage in Worcester, MA in 2002 and earned a certification in KMI Rolf Structural Integration in 2008.
Lee has a great interest in continuing education and has studied Craniosacral Therapy (CST 1 & 2, CST for the Cranial Nerves) and several advanced trainings in Rolf Structural Integration. Lee is also trained in the Vodder Technique Level 2 for Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Lee served on the Ida P. Rolf (IPR) Research Foundation Board of Directors from 2012-2015. The IPR Research Foundation hosts the Fascial Research Congress, which takes place every 4 years in different locations in North America and Europe.
Lee uses her extensive knowledge of anatomy and neuroanatomy as well as her experience in osteopathic nerve manipulation to do a technique called Dermoneuromodulation. She has combined the therapeutic approaches she has studied to create a unique method of dialoguing with the nervous system. This technique of manual therapy for the peripheral nerves reduces discomfort and works to realign a person’s structure.
In Lee’s free time she enjoys gardening, hiking, playing with her dog Winnie, and of course- the beach!
